Which Smartthings app is this?

I’ve seen a few pictures online of a Smartthings app with a more modern/slick UI.

I would love if the homescreen had such a collapse/expand feature to enable faster operation.

Any idea why this functionality is stripped? The current implementation feels like a step back to me.

I may be wrong but 6 months ago or so ST had a overhaul with their app and this was taken out if I remember.
