How to install two rockers with this switch?

OK, So I am stumped on how to replace these switches with two rockers. Yes, I realize I could cut into the wall and install a larger box but I am trying to avoid that. So, how could I do this? One of these controls a fan/light while the other controls an outlet. One of my ideas is to remove the one that controls the outlet but I am not sure how I could wire that extra wire in there to always keep the outlet on.

You can accomplish this with the existing switches and an Enerwave ZWN-RSM2 device using a custom device type and SmartApp . This device is not officially supported by ST, but I am using 5 of them in ceiling fan canopies.

I purchased a ZWN-RSM2 with the hopes on using it in locations that only have 1 hot wire in the ceiling where I’m trying to control fan and light independently. I’m only concerned with on/off on each load as that is the best I’ll get with device types available currently. Without spending over $200 per location. (total of 7 locations) I have been struggling for a few days looking at code searching, reading learning but I just don’t know how to get started. ZigBee HA Dual-Relay Controller vs. Leviton VRCS2-MRZ Vizia RF?

I just came across this ZigBee HA Dual-Relay Controller : http://smartenit.com/product/zblc15/ I’m looking for any alternative to my existing Leviton VRCS2-MRZ Vizia RF 2-button load controller because it is just not reliable. First it’s a PITA to include, and every few weeks it just stops responding to commands and I need to trip the circuit breaker to wake it back up again. Based on what I’m reading, this device would be a good replacement, and it’s almost 1/2 the cost of the Leviton. It’s also a ZigBee router/ range extender. Anyone have any experience with Smartenit stuff in terms of quality, or have any of their ZigBee devices in ST?

I have the Leviton becuase I’m limited with space and the builder of my house used what you have posted. It’s flakey, but it works… The dual relay controller would be a good alternative.
