Yeah, unfortunately this won’t be possible to accomplish the way things are right now. Scene transfer has to happen at a specific stage in the middle of the device’s inclusion, before the device is added to the cloud.
I’ll put in a ticket, but I wouldn’t hold my breath – I don’t see this getting prioritized any time soon because it requires a significant amount of work both on the firmware and platform side, sorry.
